Refund policy

All sales are final. However, we accept refunds for items that are damaged in transit.

Damages in transit & Refund eligibility
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged or defective artwork due to transit please contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@thinkround.org. And then you will be instructed to return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the damaged item we will start the refund process. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. 

Refund process

Upon return and inspection of the artwork damaged in transit. If the refund is approved we will notify you by email and then will start the refund process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges of artwork are not allowed.

Reason for No Return/Exchange Policy
The reason all sales are final is the nature of our industry which is original artwork. Please understand that original artworks are not exactly to be exchanged and reused like other products. Besides any tiny damages due to transit of such, items are irreparable and irreplaceable. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Think Round, Inc.  (Think Round Fine Arts) is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon inquiry Think Round, Inc. (Think Round Fine Arts) will confirm delivery to the address entered at the time of the purchase, delivery date, tracking information and shipping carrier for the collector to further investigate.
